Meet Courtney Toll and Annabel Love
After years of frustration with leaky steamers, clunky ironing boards, and expensive dry cleaning, Courtney found that using her hair straightener to iron her clothes was quicker, more compact, and more effective than existing market solutions.
So after many years, Courtney, Annabel, and a team of engineers, investors, advisors, ambassadors, and friends helped create an exciting and thoughtful clothing care brand for the next generation.
Courtney Toll is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nori. Courtney champions fundraising, e-commerce marketing/acquisition efforts and retail expansion for the brand. Courtney, a Forbes 30 under 30 recipient, has closed $7.8M to support the growth of Nori which has reached mid-eight-figures in annual revenue at the hands of a four-person team.
Annabel Love (also Forbes 30 under 30) is the Co-Founder and COO of Nori. Growing up in the Bay Area, Annabel’s passion for entrepreneurship started at a young age. Annabel’s expertise lies in supply chain management, Amazon, distribution, and cross-channel marketing, building Nori’s fulfillment processes from the ground up and supporting e-commerce efforts with search engine optimization and strategic brand partnerships.
Our mission
From our conception, we wanted our brand to change the existing perception of ironing. That meant designing for consumers instead of retailers, injecting brand into a previously mundane market, and providing a transparent and accessible shopping experience online.
Nori is a modern clothing care brand selling innovative product solutions designed to increase the longevity of your wardrobe. The ironing and steaming market had failed to introduce innovation since the creation of the steamer in the 1980s. Dominated by the outdated solutions of legacy brands, Nori introduced patented consumer-inspired technology to the space.
The success of their hero product, the Nori Press, has served as rationale for greater expansion within the much larger clothing care market. Their expanding product line continues to serve customers in innovative ways, through fabric care products, laundry hampers, travel cases and more in the near future.
What people are saying
In 2022, the Nori Press was named one of Oprah’s favorite things!
— Oprah Daily
“A steamer alone was never enough; having an ironing board on hand is not always possible. This is the perfect mix of both worlds.”
